Kuro Santoku 18cm, Steel

Kuro is a series of knives from Japanese Satake with roughly hammered blade that has a raw and beautiful finish, giving the design a tough attitude with its hard steel. The uneven surface of the blade prevents the formation of a large amount of vacuum, which allows the knife to slip easily through all kinds of raw materials. With a core steel of VG-10, the knife blade is very thin-cut for a knife edge sharp as a razor blade, a sharpness that also lasts for a long time.
